About the Position
We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members to join our vacation rental company as Stocker/Inspectors. This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Restock supplies and linens in vacation rental homes
- Inspect homes for cleanliness and guest readiness
- Report maintenance or cleaning issues to management
- Carry supplies (up to 40 lbs) up and down stairs
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and housing are required
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and positive attitude
- Prior hospitality, housekeeping, or inspection experience a plus (not required)
Schedule
- 20–40 hours per week
- Flexible schedule, with weekend availability required
Compensation
- $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience
