Email Graphic Designer (Remote, US Time Zone Availability)

The Opportunity

We are a rapidly growing, results-driven email marketing agency dedicated to scaling e-commerce and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands (mostly based in the US). 

We are seeking an exceptional and highly motivated Email Graphic Designer & Builder to join our dynamic remote team.

This is a critical role for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at transforming strategic briefs into high-converting, visually compelling email campaigns, and can efficiently manage a rapid design-to-build workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Based on the provided scope, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following core services:

• Rapid Email Design & Build: Design and build visually stunning, mobile-responsive emails with efficiency, ensuring a quick turnaround time of 24–48 hours for most tasks within the set due date.
• Volume: Design 6-10 emails per day according to a task list that the Project Manager will provide you with.
• Team Collaboration: Actively interface and collaborate with Project Managers, Strategists, and other team members to ensure designs are on-brand and align with client objectives.
• Workflow Management: Proactively manage tasks, assets, and communication using our core platforms, including the Notion workspace and Slack channels, to deliver the best possible service to the agency and its assigned clients.
• Quality & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all provided training guides, best practices, and established design/QA protocols.
• Communication & Availability: Report to the Project Manager via Slack during work days. Be available for necessary Zoom or Google Meets video calls to meet with the Client and team as needed.

Work Schedule & Professional Development

Availability: The role requires general availability to provide services and engage with the team during normal US business hours (ET): Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Commitment to Growth: You are expected to make best efforts to continually develop the skill sets involved in this role. This includes implementing feedback from our lead designer.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, specifically within email marketing or a performance marketing context.
• Proficiency in modern design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-converting email designs, preferably for e-commerce or DTC brands.
• Exceptional self-management skills to handle a high volume of quick-turnaround projects.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort utilizing Slack and Notion for daily operations.
• A proactive mindset and a strong, dedicated commitment to continuous professional development.
