As a Business Development Representative, you will support marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and lead generation while working closely with the team on prospecting efforts, campaign execution, and sales-related projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys blending creativity with analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support outbound prospecting efforts via email, phone, and social media
• Qualify and organize leads to support sales pipeline development
• Attend on-site and virtual meetings with prospects
• Attend centers of influence and networking events
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including contacts, accounts, and activity tracking
• Research target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers
• Prepare and present effective presentations to decision makers and company stakeholders
• Prepare proposals and follow up on opportunities
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns through email, digital, and direct mail channels
• Create and manage content such as newsletters, blog posts, and website updates
• Coordinate social media scheduling and monitor engagement
• Support campaign tracking and report on performance metrics
• Partner closely with sales to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals
• Assist with follow-ups, meeting coordination, and sales support materials
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms
• Support client and partner communications to build and maintain strong relationships
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field desired
- Experience in customer service required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team, hardworking, and self-motivated
- Strong organizational / time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal customer communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Familiarity with B2B marketing concepts and buyer journeys
- Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other media platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing platforms is a plus
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools required
- Basic video editing or content creation skills are a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Range: $17.00–$23.00 per hour DOE, plus performance-based commissions and incentives. Commission eligibility and structure will be outlined in a separate written commission agreement in accordance with California law.

This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay, meal periods, and rest breaks in accordance with California law.
