Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour (Paid by the square/production-based)
Job Type: Full-time, Year-round (seasonal demand consideration)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, some Weekends

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking skilled installers who take pride in high-quality work. We need professionals who are efficient, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented to handle both shingle and metal roofing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Removal of existing roofing systems.
- Installing related components (underlayment, flashing, ventilation)
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site and trailer.
- Instalation of shingle and composite roofing systems
- Providing excellent customer service and representing the Skyright brand professionally.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous residential roofing experience is optimal.
- Tools: Must have basic roofing hand tools and personal PPE (company provided saftey gear).
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to shop.
- Physical Ability: Capable of working at heights, on various pitches, and lifting heavy materials in different weather conditions.
- Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive "team player" attitude.
