As the Region Sales and Operations Manager at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, you will play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing sales performance and operational excellence across our branch locations and California Call Center (MCC/DMX). You’ll ensure consistent execution of operational standards, regulatory compliance, and effective sales strategies across all delivery channels, including branches, phone, and digital platforms. This leadership position focuses on unifying branch and call center operations by aligning people, processes, and performance expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in a financial institution.
- Experience managing branch operations, call center sales, or both.
- Must be able to work out of the Hawthorne, CA location at least 3 days per week.
- Proven track record of leading teams to meet or exceed sales and service goals.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment.
- Must possess a superior level of member service, be a positive role model for staff, and demonstrate a high level of commitment to the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Copilot, and sales/performance tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
