SkyOne Federal Credit Union is looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Call Center team in Lewisville, TX as a Member Service Advisor. In this on-site role, you'll handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service while promoting financial solutions that empower our members.

What You'll Do

As a Member Service Advisor, you will:

• Handle inbound calls from members, assisting with account inquiries, transactions, and service requests.
• Make outbound calls to promote SkyOne's financial products and services, including loans, credit cards, and more.
• Identify member needs and recommend personalized solutions through consultative selling.
• Build strong relationships and deliver a seamless, member-first experience.
• Meet and exceed performance goals in service quality, productivity, and sales.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Minimum of one year of experience in a financial services call center.
• Strong cross-selling and telemarketing skills.
• Excellent member service and telephone communication abilities.
• Solid knowledge of financial products and services.
• Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and Internet applications.
• A high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
• A positive, professional image in the workplace.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Call Center Hours

• Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST
• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
