- Proven success in driving measurable growth through digital sales strategies, CRM optimization, Sales activity tracking and Sales Results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven and highly analytical with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Deep understanding of financial products, services, and member needs.
- Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment.
