We’re not looking for a basic content creator — we’re looking for a social media powerhouse who lives and breathes Instagram, TikTok, and the NYC nightlife scene.  We have a strong focus on House Music, so you must be able to do Reels & Flyers that are similar to Brooklyn Mirage, Grey Area, Project 91, ETC.   Based out of our Midtown office, you’ll be the creative force behind our brand presence, driving the energy of our events into the feeds of thousands. If you’ve got the skills to turn parties into viral moments, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

• Create scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos that capture the energy of NYC nightlife.
• Skilled in Canva, with knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator for advanced design work.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, ensuring content stays fresh, engaging, and on-brand.
• Edited and produced high-quality reels and short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Design flyers, graphics, and animated promos that pop across all platforms.
• Develop and execute creative social media campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to keep content relevant and innovative.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas.
• Experience with content scheduling and management tools like Later, Planoly, or Hootsuite.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software like Premiere Pro or CapCut is a plus.
• Ability to adapt brand messaging to different audiences and platforms.
• Strong storytelling skills to enhance brand identity through engaging content.

• Proven experience creating viral content for Instagram & TikTok (bonus if you’ve worked with nightlife, fashion, or event brands).
• Strong background in videography, photography, and editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
• Solid design chops in Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with Klaviyo (email marketing & automation) is a big plus.
• A natural storyteller who can adapt brand voice to different platforms.
• Comfortable running Meta ads (carousel, video, etc.).
• Strong grasp of SEO for social media, hashtags, and growth hacks.
• Obsessed with keeping content fresh, bold, and ahead of the trend.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment (aka: you can juggle multiple events and campaigns at once).
