POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Hospitality Manager who will oversee training and development for front-of-house staff while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strong team performance, consistent service standards, and a smooth, welcoming guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform as Manager on Duty
- Lead, manage and hold the League Coordinator accountable
- Onboard and train newly hired floor team members
- Develop training processes for floor team members
- Execute training processes consistently across the team
- Develop systems to support an efficient guest experience
- Coach and develop team members to improve performance
- Manage uniform inventory and appearance standards
- Manage guest merchandise offerings
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of five years restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment experience
- Minimum of two years management experience
- Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule

COMPENSATION
- Salaried position ($50,000–$68,000/year)
- Bonus program up to $5,000/quarter

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40lbs
- Must be able to stand 4–6 hours, move throughout the facility, and tolerate occasional loud noise
