POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Facilities Managerwho will oversee the maintenance, safety, equipment, and grounds to ensure a clean, functional, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the entertainment center by maintaining high facility standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads, manages, and holds the facilities team accountable
- Inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic equipment
- Replace broken or missing parts, and ensure all arcade games are running smoothly
- Maintains bowling lanes, pinsetters, pins, ball returns, bowling balls, scoring equipment and all other related mechanical components
- Cleans, repairs and adjusts automated scoring equipment
- Operates heavy equipment (occasional snow removal and lawn care)
- Identifies replacement parts and supplies; prepares orders
- Performs major rebuilds and overhauls of equipment as necessary
- Participates in planning servicing/maintenance budgets and preparing major improvements and repair programs
- Maintains accurate records of parts, costs, and machine performance
- Maintains and repairs general business operation equipment
- Keeps general appearance of interior and exterior of building professional
- Ability to work as a member of a team
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- 3 – 5 years of facility maintenance experience required
- Knowledge of bowling and pinsetter equipment helpful but can train on site
- Ability to use basic hand tools, lubrication equipment, meters, power tools, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems on sophisticated machinery and to perform precision mechanical and electrical adjustments
- One year of automotive repair preferred
- Two years of a mechanical background required
COMPENSATION
- $55,000-$68,000/year

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Sitting, standing, walking, driving, squatting/kneeling, reaching, grasping, pushing/pulling, twisting/bending, lifting/carrying up to 100 lbs multiple times per shift, talking, hearing, and seeing.
- Spends most time indoors with possible exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures for one hour plus. Possible exposure to distracting/uncomfortable noise levels. Risk of bodily injury from mechanical parts, electricity, etc.
