Job Description: Smart Home Technician
Job Type: Contract (1099)
We are looking for full-time positive and motivated Smart Home Technicians who will install, service, design, and present the security and home automation system of our customer’s dreams.
Responsibilities Include:
- Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting various residential burglary alarm systems, including video
-cameras and home automation devices.
- Managing multiple appointments.
- Accurately completing job tickets and paperwork.
- Maintain company standards, such as dress code, inventory, and scheduling.
- Educating customers on the best way to protect their homes and families, and effectively presenting solutions
- Being reliable, responsible, and professional while working in a fast-paced, growth oriented
Environment.

Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Background check and any applicable state licensing requirements.
- Reliable and presentable vehicle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillset.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to all aspects of the
job.
- Being able to complete jobs with integrity, quality, with/without direct supervision.
- High School Diploma, Vocational School, or the equivalent.
