Patrol Supervisor 3rd shift

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and vigilant Patrol Supervisor to lead our security team during the third shift. In this pivotal role, you will oversee security operations, ensure the safety of personnel and property of our customers. Your leadership will help maintain a secure environment through proactive patrols, surveillance, conflict management, and emergency response. This person will have a good driving record and cover multiple sites .

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate third-shift security patrols to monitor premises effectively and deter unauthorized access or activities
• Lead and motivate security team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety procedures
• Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems, ensuring all areas are monitored for suspicious activity or security breaches
• Respond swiftly to incidents, conflicts or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills and first aid or CPR training as needed
• Oversee loss prevention efforts by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing proactive measures
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies, providing detailed reports and support
• Maintain accurate documentation of patrols, incidents, and security logs for compliance and review purposes

Experience

• Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, or professional security roles with a focus on patrol supervision
• Proven ability to manage conflict situations effectively while maintaining professionalism and composure
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable; additional certifications in conflict management or security operations are a plus
• Demonstrated knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and law enforcement practices
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team during night shifts and handle high-pressure situations confidently

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
