Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Assistant / Dealer Processor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting dealership administrative and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works in conjunction with cashier receptionist to operate a multi-line telephone system, answering and directing calls professionally and efficiently
- Greet customers promptly and provide a welcoming, professional experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening and responding to inquiries and requests
- Receive and process paperwork from the Finance & Insurance (F&I) Department
- Accurately process vehicle deals, verify costs, and prepare deals for posting
- Prepare purchase agreements and trade-in documentation
- Assist with creating and processing lease and loan paperwork
- Compile and submit required documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare and process dealer trade transactions
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Maintain professionalism and demonstrate company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic office software and administrative systems
- Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required

Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license
