Family Medicine Faculty Opportunity - Family Medicine Residency Program
Family Medicine Residency Program in Northeast Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our team as a Core Faculty Member. This position plays a key role in resident education, curriculum development, and clinical training. Clinical responsibilities comprise approximately 60% of the role, complemented by teaching, mentoring, and scholarly activity. Opportunities for obstetrics and inpatient medicine are available but not required.
Position Highlights
- ACGME-accredited program - Family and Community Medicine
- MD or DO from an accredited institution required
- 2–3 half-days of direct patient care and 3–4 half-days of resident precepting per week
- Provide mentorship, feedback, wellness support, and career guidance for residents
- Engage in quality improvement, scholarly projects, and teaching initiatives
- Participate in curriculum development, evaluation processes, and the Core Curriculum Committee
- Lead the creation and delivery of a refugee health curriculum in collaboration with community organizations
- Utilize innovative AI ambient documentation technology (Microsoft DAX)
