Hotel Rooms Operations Coordinator
Full-Time | 60-Room Hotel
We are seeking an organized, dependable, and energetic Hotel Rooms Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position coordinating daily room operations between Housekeeping, Front Desk, and Maintenance. The ideal candidate has some hotel experience, understands the basic room process, and is comfortable multitasking and adjusting priorities throughout the day.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily room readiness for our 60-room hotel.
- Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness, presentation, and readiness.
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Front Desk throughout the day.
- Monitor arrivals, departures, room assignments, and room status.
- Prioritize rooms for cleaning and inspection based on operational needs.
- Assist with room moves, early arrivals, special requests, and room-related issues.
- Identify maintenance concerns and coordinate follow-up.
- Maintain accurate room status in the hotel PMS.
- Resolve room discrepancies and help maximize available room inventory.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Qualifications
- Some hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
- Housekeeping and/or Front Desk experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of the hotel room process.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to adjust priorities quickly.
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
- PMS experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
