Skyline Hospital, located in the scenic Columbia River Gorge, has an opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant.
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining administrative records and reports as required. Acts as custodian of corporate documents and official records. Assures preparation and filing of corporate legal documents with government agencies to confirm with statutes. Compiles and distributes minutes of department head meetings. Provides clerical and office support for CEO and administrative personnel, including day-to-day office tasks of scheduling and phone messages. Provides additional clerical and office support for hospital department managers. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Two years college with business emphasis preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in an office, clerical or secretarial setting
- Computer competence using Word, Excel, and other Windows applications
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
