**Business Development Coordinator – Commercial & Government Glazing**

Skyline Glass LLC, a woman-owned glass and glazing contractor serving the Triangle area, is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to grow our presence in the commercial and government construction markets. This role works directly with ownership to build relationships with general contractors, developers, and government project decisionmakers, and to secure placement on GC bid lists and approved subcontractor rosters.
**What you'll do:**
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities with GCs, construction managers, developers, and government agencies
- Promote our glazing capabilities — curtain wall, storefront, entrances, and building envelope work — to prime contractors and project owners
- Build long-term relationships with estimators, project managers, purchasing agents, and government procurement staff
- Represent Skyline Glass at pre-bid meetings, tradeshows, and industry events
- Track outreach and pipeline activity in CRM
- Hand off qualified opportunities to ownership and estimating for proposal preparation
**What you bring:**
- 5 years of professional experience on government or large commercial construction contracts, with direct exposure to prime/subcontractor relationships
- 3 years building relationships with GC, developer, or government procurement decisionmakers
- 1–2 years of experience with commercial/government bidding processes and subcontractor approval requirements
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation for local travel
- Ability to pass a background check and provide 3 professional references (2 supervisors)
**Preferred:** experience in commercial glazing or curtain wall trades; membership in AGC, ABC, CSI, or a local builders exchange; CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
