What Will I Be Doing as an Entry Level Manager?
- Execute territory-based outreach to support AT&T's D2D campaign, learning how to drive customer acquisition and service enrollment.
- Participate in daily training sessions focused on AT&T product fluency, campaign strategy, and leadership development.
- Shadow senior managers to gain hands-on experience in team coordination, performance tracking, and operational planning.
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members, reinforcing AT&T service knowledge and outreach best practices.
- Contribute to campaign strategy discussions, helping refine outreach tactics and align team goals with AT&T's growth targets.
What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as an Entry Level Manager?
- High school diploma or GED is preferred
- Clear communicator with the ability to break down AT&T service plans across fiber, wireless, and bundled offerings.
- Detail-oriented and consistent in tracking outreach activity, client data, and team performance benchmarks.
