Skyline Door and Hardware, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to oversee commercial door, frame, and hardware projects from bid through final closeout. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and is looking for meaningful responsibility and ownership.
THIS ROLE MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
• Want to estimate projects and manage them from start to finish
• Prefer autonomy and take ownership of your work
• Can successfully manage multiple projects without losing attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with general contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Take pride in delivering projects that are completed efficiently and profitably
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
• Manage awarded projects from initiation through closeout
• Oversee submittals, material procurement, scheduling, and deliveries
• Handle change orders, pricing, and cost tracking
• Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Ensure timely billing and successful project closeout
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven experience in construction estimating and project management
• Experience with doors, frames, and hardware strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED):
• Experience with Pro-Tech and/or ContractERP software
