What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Assistant position at Skyline Dental Designs?
Skyline Dental Designs is a state of the art dental practice located in Weehawken NJ. The office is new and boasts beautiful unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline.
We are looking for a vibrant, friendly, and eager dental assistant that will perform chairside dental assisting to the dentist. Assistants are also required to set up/breakdown treatment rooms, clean instruments, take x-rays, amongst other standard assistant tasks. Experience with Open Dental preferred
Must have a Dental Assistant Radiology license.
Dental and administrative experience is strongly recommended. A minimum of 1 year experience is requested.

Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available
- Take and develop dental X-rays while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate dental records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
