Skyline Chili is looking for a Franchise Business Partner to support and strengthen operational performance across our franchise system. This role serves as the primary coach, consultant, and accountability partner for franchise owners and operators—helping drive sales, profitability, and best-in-class restaurant execution.
As a Franchise Business Partner, you’ll spend meaningful time in restaurants providing hands-on operational support, identifying performance opportunities, and reinforcing Skyline Chili’s standards and values. You’ll build strong, trust-based relationships with franchisees while partnering with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Training, Finance, IT, and Facilities to ensure operators have the tools and support needed to succeed.
You will be the go-to support and strategic advisor for franchise owners and operators you will :
- Coach franchise operators to strengthen operational consistency, customer experience, and financial performance.
- Analyze business results and create action plans that support sales growth, cost control, and profitability.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, food safety, and operational procedures.
- Support the rollout of new programs, technology, and training initiatives across assigned markets.
- Maintain strong communication, accountability, and partnership with franchise operators.
