Daily Responsibilities of a Quantum Fiber Client Representative
- Meet with prospective customers to introduce fiber internet solutions and explain the benefits of available services.
- Take time to understand each customer's connectivity needs before recommending options that best fit their household or lifestyle.
- Deliver personalized product consultations by explaining service features, pricing, and promotional offers with clarity and confidence.
- Guide customers through every step of the enrollment process while ensuring information is complete, accurate, and easy to understand.
- Build credibility through professional communication, responsive follow-up, and a customer-first approach.
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete enrollment documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Contribute to team success by sharing ideas, supporting daily objectives, and continuing to develop as a Quantum Fiber Client Representative.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week
