We are now looking for a field-ready, and growth-driven Entry Level Assistant Manager to join our Fiberoptics residential outreach team in Seattle, WA and neighboring communities. In this role, you will work directly alongside senior leadership to plan and execute direct outreach initiatives across Seattle, WA and surrounding residential communities while contributing to real-time campaign analysis, and developing the kind of hands-on support experience that most entry-level roles simply do not offer.
As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will:
- Lead by example during direct residential outreach, engaging directly with customers.
- Assist team in planning daily field operations and outreach logistics.
- Mentor and coach team members on direct customer engagement techniques, customer service best practices, and product knowledge.
- Conduct territory-level market analysis on assigned residential neighborhoods.
- Report daily team performance metrics, customer service outcomes, and sales activity.
- Participate fully in leadership development and sales training programs.
Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- A natural leader who earns the respect of teammates through consistency.
- Strong communicator in direct, direct settings.
- Detail-oriented and analytically minded.
- Self-motivated with a genuine appetite for management responsibility.
