Bartender/Front of House

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Duties

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Take and process orders accurately using the POS system, ensuring timely service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including food safety practices and special dietary options.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events, providing exceptional service throughout.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service during peak hours.
• Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly while adhering to company policies.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and restrooms.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their dining experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Skills in sales and time management are highly valued to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Familiarity with bartending is a plus for roles involving beverage service.
• Experience in catering or banquet services will be beneficial for event-related duties.
• A strong understanding of food safety standards is essential to maintain health compliance.
