Position Overview:
This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with a background in retail, hospitality, or customer service who are interested in developing their professional skills in sales and marketing. As a representative, you’ll interact directly with customers, promote products and services, and support client growth goals.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a retail setting to promote products and services
- Deliver friendly, informed customer service and support
- Learn and apply sales and marketing techniques through hands-on training
- Work toward team and individual sales goals
- Represent client brands professionally and accurately
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Goal-oriented mindset and professional demeanor
