Key ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementManage all daily operations of the residential properties, ensuring smooth, efficient workflows.Oversee maintenance personnel and activities, coordinate vendor services, and ensure timely completion of work orders.Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and strong curb appeal.Enforce community policies and ensure compliance with local housing regulations and Fair Housing laws.Financial & Administrative ManagementOversee rent collection, delinquency management, and monthly financial reporting.Manage property budgets, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.Prepare and maintain accurate records, contracts, leases, and regulatory documentation.Support long-term planning and capital improvement strategies.Leasing & MarketingLead leasing efforts, including occupancy management, renewals, and market-rate optimization.Oversee advertising, online listings, signage, and community outreach to attract prospective residents.Ensure leasing teams follow consistent, professional procedures and deliver excellent customer service.Monitor market trends to remain competitive in pricing and amenities.Resident RelationsFoster a positive, responsive, resident-centric environment.Address resident concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally and promptly.Implement retention strategies to boost resident satisfaction and renewal rates.Coordinate or support resident engagement events and community-building initiatives using social media.Supervise, train, and support property staff, including leasing agents and maintenance teams.Promote a collaborative, high-service culture aligned with company values. Qualifications3 years of property management experience in residential or multifamily housing. Rent Control experience a plusStrong knowledge of Fair Housing laws, leasing practices, and property operations.Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-service skills.Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage).Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial statements, and make data-driven decisions.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.Property management certification (e.g., CAM, CPM, ARM) is a plus.Experience managing multiple properties or large-scale communities.Background in maintenance coordination or capital project management is a plus. Full-time, onsite role with occasional evenings or weekends for emergencies or community needs.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
