This Would Be Your Schedule…

• Full-Time Monday - Friday / 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Part-Time Monday - Friday / up to 20 hours between 9 am - 3 pm
  
  
  

Your Responsibilities:

You join a nursing team providing nursing services and health oversight to the Members of Skylark Adult Day Center. You:

• Must care deeply and passionately for the well-being of our older adult Members.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, document nursing services, and provide watchful oversite of the Members while at the center.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living
• Complete monthly, weekly required nursing documentation for CCSP / SOURCE, Veterans Administration programs, and compliance requirements
• Member Assessments in the center and home
• Care plan development.

Qualifications:

• Enthusiasm; love of seniors
• Current Georgia Registered Nurse License
• Good computer skills
• Experience with senior private in-home care a plus
