Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- This position is designed as a sales development role and will rotate through several different territories.
- Assist, coordinate and lead retail store resets when scheduled.
- Make effective sales presentations of Skyland Distributing Company products when needed.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth within new and existing accounts.
- Work with our supplier partners to promote their products in the market.
- Evening or weekend work may be required at times.
- Prepare and present professional written and oral brand presentations.
- Responsible for assigned quotas and placement objectives when filling in on sales routes.

Education, Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid NC Driver's License with clean driving record.
- Must be able to lift boxes 40 lbs.
- Must successfully pass both a physical and a criminal background check.
- Proficient in the use of an iPad and Google Workspace.
- Aptitude to market an extensive portfolio of brands for placement within assigned accounts.
- Passionate about the wine and beer industry and a desire to constantly improve knowledge and understanding of all major wine regions, and imported, domestic and craft beers.
- Must be able to adhere to strict time schedules.
