SkyKey Financial, an Equis Financial agency, is hiring licensed life insurance agents looking for a place to build for the long term.
In this fully remote sales role, you’ll earn industry-leading compensation following the proven system that helped build Equis into a $40M/year agency in less than a decade.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective clients virtually.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Educate families on life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
- Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's needs and goals.
- Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
- Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
- Maintain the required state life insurance license.
Qualifications:
- Active life insurance license required.
- Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
- Organized with strong time-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
