Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour daily cash tips
Schedule: 3:00 AM – 10:00 AM | Full-Time | Weekends & Holidays Required

SkyHop Global is seeking a full-time AM Leader on Duty to support and lead morning operations at our RDU station. This is a true player-coach role—you will actively drive, lead by example, and ensure safe, reliable, and professional service during our busiest hours.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership position and understands the demands of a 24/7/365 transportation operation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Morning Operations: Serve as the on-site leader during the 3:00 AM–10:00 AM shift, ensuring safe, on-time service. 
• Drive Routes: Operate company vehicles as needed to maintain coverage and service flow. 
• Coach & Support Drivers: Provide real-time direction, reinforce standards, and model professionalism.
  Safety & Compliance: Conduct vehicle and readiness checks and enforce safety and company policies. 
• Operational Support: Assist with communication, scheduling adjustments, training reinforcement, and required documentation. 
• Problem Solving: Handle issues calmly and effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
   

Driver & Leadership Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
• Minimum 3 years of licensed driving experience 
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening 
• Comfortable driving large passenger vans 
• Prior leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred 
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on, accountable leadership style 
• Full-time availability required, including weekends and holidays 
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning hours consistently
