Your Role as Lead Driver/Supervisor
As a Lead Driver/Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient transportation services for our airline partners. Your key responsibilities include:
- Driver Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of drivers, optimizing schedules and routes to ensure maximum profitability and top-tier customer experiences.
- Team Building & Coaching: Recruit, interview, train, and mentor drivers to build a high-performing team.
- Fleet Management: Oversee vehicle inspections, maintenance scheduling, and fleet condition, working closely with our Fleet Manager.
- Safety Champion: Conduct safety audits, lead station safety meetings, and promote safe work practices.
- Operational Excellence: Manage local permits, vehicle registrations, and airport transportation relationships while ensuring paperwork and protocols are handled promptly.
What to Expect
- Field Time: Depending on location, you may spend 50-75% of your shift in the field, keeping our operations running smoothly.
- Flexibility: Sundays and holidays are part of the schedule – because our airline partners count on us every day!
