About the Role
As Assistant Station Manager, you’ll help lead daily operations while coaching staff, enforcing safety and compliance standards, and driving performance in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment. You’ll oversee a team of up to 75 professional drivers and spend about 20% of your time in the field.
Your Impact
- Lead daily operational performance with urgency and accountability across multiple service areas
- Coach, develop, and enforce policies with a team of up to 75 drivers, building a high-performance, safety-first culture
- Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and fleet readiness to ensure every trip runs on time and in compliance
- Track results through audits, KPIs, and performance metrics — quickly adjusting when issues arise
- Champion safety, compliance, and service excellence in line with company and federal standards
- Own challenges and resolve issues fast — from customer complaints to staffing gaps and operational bottlenecks

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in transportation, logistics, aviation, or another fast-paced operations environment
- Proven success managing large frontline teams (50 employees or drivers)
- Must have full, open availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays — to support a 24/7/365 operation
- Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Resides within commutable distance to DFW and holds a valid driver’s license
