Hours: 2–20 hours per week, flexible scheduling

Locations: Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Avimor, Nampa, Caldwell, Greenleaf, Emmett

Spring Programs Begin: April/May 2026

Summer Programs: June–August, Monday–Friday, 9am–12pm & some 9am-3pm. Evening Classes

We've been serving kids right here in the Treasure Valley for 4 years. We're growing, and we're looking for coaches who want to be part of something that genuinely matters.

What You'll Do

• Lead small groups of young athletes ages 6–13 through skill-based, fun, and encouraging sessions using Skyhawks' proven curriculum.
• Build real relationships with kids and families, you're not just coaching a drill, you're shaping a child's view of themselves.
• Communicate warmly and professionally with parents, ask for feedback, and represent our brand with pride.
• Set up equipment and keep sessions safe, organized, and energized.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and fellow coaches to deliver consistent, top-quality programs.
• Grow quickly into Director roles if that's the direction you want to go.

Passion and presence matter more than a resume. We've had great coaches come from athletics, education, childcare, and retail. What they all shared: they genuinely loved people and showed up every single time. Some sports experience is helpful. Experience with kids is preferred. Character is non-negotiable.
