What You’ll Do
You’ll be at the heart of the action, connecting with kids, parents, and teammates every day. Whether leading a group or helping plan programs, your energy and enthusiasm will shape every experience.
- Lead or assist with youth sports programs that keep kids smiling, moving, and growing
- Turn lessons into lasting memories using Skyhawks’ fun, easy-to-follow curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive environment where every kid feels seen and supported
- Communicate with parents and families — keeping them excited and engaged
- Bring the team together! Help mentor other coaches, share ideas, and build camaraderie
- Keep programs organized and safe so everyone can focus on the fun

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 15 per week

- Our programs are typically weekdays starting at 5pm. Would these days and times work with you?
- This is a part-time coaching opportunity where coaches can work anywhere from 2-10 hours a week. Would you be comfortable taking on this workload?
