Part-Time 4 Days/Week 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Skyhawks San Diego is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic coaches to join our team! We deliver fun, skill-building sports programs for kids—and we’re growing fast. If you love working with children, enjoy sports, and want a rewarding after-school role, we want to meet you!
Position: Youth Sports Coach (Multiple Openings)
Schedule: 2 to 4 days per week (Mon–Fri schedule varies)
Hours: 5-15 hours per week, times range between 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM (depending on school)
Location: San Diego County (various school sites)
What You’ll Do
- Lead fun, structured sports sessions for kids ages 11-14
- Teach fundamentals in sports such as flag football, volleyball, pickleball, field hockey, and more
- Create a positive, encouraging environment for all participants
- Ensure safety, engagement, and program quality
- Represent Skyhawks with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for working with kids
- Experience in sports, coaching, or teaching (preferred but not required)
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid/TB test certification a plus (can be completed after hire)
