Residential Construction Superintendent

As Superintendent, you'll manage daily field operations, ensuring projects run safely, efficiently, and according to plan. You'll coordinate subcontractors, verify quality, enforce safety standards, and communicate with the Project Manager to keep every phase of construction aligned and accountable.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activity from start to completion.
- Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization at all times.
- Conduct daily quality control audits to ensure craftsmanship
- Implement and manage construction schedules
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, and subcontractors to stay on schedule.
- Communicate proactively with the Project Manager about progress, challenges, and client updates.
- Review and approve invoices and receipts for accuracy before submission.
- Hold crews and subcontractors accountable for performance, safety, and site standards.
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in residential construction or site supervision (custom homes preferred).
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple subs and trades simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety, sequencing, and production management.
- Familiarity with JobTread or other construction scheduling software (preferred).
- Attention to detail and ability to enforce company quality standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
- Full Time
- $55,000 -$70,000 based on experience
