SBT current contracts address U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Department of State (DoS) demand for highly skilled professionals to solve problems in the interest of national security.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Position Overview
Provide maintenance data entry, reporting, records management, and logistics systems support for NSW maintenance operations.
- Track work orders, requisitions, SROs, labor, parts, maintenance codes, and costs using government-provided systems.
- Enter and manage data in Fleet Focus, DPAS, and related maintenance and fleet systems.
- Prepare shop production reports and support FAST and inventory reporting requirements.
- Set up and support deploying personnel with maintenance system processes and account usage.
- Close and file completed maintenance records within required timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience entering data and generating maintenance/production reports.
- At least 2 years of experience using Fleet Focus or similar maintenance software.
- At least 2 years of experience using DPAS or similar accountability systems.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail required.
- U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with FAST or FMVRS
- Training or onboarding experience
- NSW/logistics program support
