Position Overview
The Vice President of Food & Beverage will lead all corporate-level strategy, operations, and innovation across a broad and varied hospitality portfolio. This position requires a humble, hands-on, service-oriented leader who can operate comfortably at both strategic and tactical levels.
This leader will have the ability to re-concept underperforming outlets, elevate financial performance, ensure brand consistency, and drive the long-term F&B direction across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Brand Direction
- Develop and lead the overall F&B strategy for all restaurants, lounges, fast-casual concepts, and hotel-affiliated outlets.
- Influence portfolio-wide planning and F&B investment priorities.
- Strengthen brand identity across culinary, beverage, and service experiences.
- Ensure vendor consistency across all operating units (coffee, soda, beverage, etc.).
Operational Excellence
- Conduct regular on-site reviews to support operations and elevate guest experience.
- Diagnose and correct performance issues in underperforming outlets.
- Prioritize tasks quickly and effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Champion authentic service culture through hands-on leadership.
Concept Development & Innovation
- Contribute to concept creation, rebranding, and repositioning efforts.
- Lead celebrity chef partnerships, licensing discussions, and new venture planning.
- Oversee menu innovation, cost engineering, and service-flow efficiency.
- Drive creative resets where necessary to improve financial and experiential outcomes.
Financial Performance
- Utilize strong financial acumen to analyze P&Ls, forecast results, and optimize COGS and labor.
- Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks across all outlets.
- Ensure investment decisions are data-driven and aligned with long-term vision.
Leadership & Culture Building
- Lead with humility and emotional intelligence—no ego leadership is essential.
- Build a culture centered on passion, service, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Communicate with ownership transparently and diplomatically, especially when performance issues arise.
- Serve as a trusted partner capable of managing both high-level strategy and day-to-day realities.

- Travel to properties in Miami, Nashville, and other markets as required.
