About the Opportunity
SkyBridge Luxury & Associates is partnering with a well-established full-service hospitality organization to identify a motivated and results-driven Group Sales Manager.
This position is responsible for generating group business through proactive prospecting, relationship development, and strategic account management. The successful candidate will cultivate new business opportunities, maintain existing client relationships, and work collaboratively with operational teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Revenue Generation
· Proactively solicit new group business through telephone outreach, outside sales calls, networking events, site visits, and client engagement activities.
· Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
· Identify and pursue new market segments and revenue opportunities.
· Respond to inquiries promptly and manage leads through the entire sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
· Achieve and exceed established sales goals and revenue objectives.
Account Management
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, meeting planners, corporate clients, associations, and other business partners.
· Conduct site inspections and client presentations to showcase the property’s capabilities and services.
· Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and event planning cycle.
· Maintain detailed account information and activity records within company systems.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
· Participate in developing sales strategies and market action plans.
· Attend industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and community activities to generate new business opportunities.
· Collaborate with sales leadership on forecasting and production reporting.
Operational Collaboration
· Work closely with operations teams to ensure successful execution of client expectations.
· Coordinate effectively with catering, conference services, revenue management, and hotel leadership teams.
· Ensure all contracts, proposals, and client communications are accurate and professionally prepared.
Qualifications
· Minimum two years of hotel sales experience, preferably focused on group business development.
· Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
· Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Proficiency with CRM, sales, and hospitality technology platforms.
