An ultra-luxury, Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star coastal resort in Southern Florida is seeking an exceptional Director of Food & Beverage to lead its world-class dining program. This role oversees multiple high-end outlets, elevated beachfront service, and a highly curated culinary experience that rivals the best boutique Caribbean destinations.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star or equivalent ultra-luxury resort leadership experience
• No first-time Directors – must currently lead or have led a complex F&B division at a luxury property
• Strong background in fine dining, tasting menus, chef-driven concepts, and high-touch table service
• Deep wine knowledge—cellar curation, pairings, elevated presentations, and guest engagement
• Creative, forward-thinking leader able to build unforgettable dining experiences at a “best-in-the-world” caliber
• Track record of developing high-performing teams, service culture, and strong financial results
• Experience in coastal luxury or Caribbean-style resort environments strongly preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
