Accounting Manager – Coastal Hospitality Finance
Location: Pacific City, OR
Salary: $85,000 – $95,000

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations including income audit, cash handling, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and review journal entries, month-end reports, and reconciliations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement preparation.
- Lead, train, and develop the accounting team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
- Partner with senior leadership on audits, financial reviews, and operational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within hospitality or multi-unit operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
