🚁 UH-60 Aircraft Electricians – Join a Certified Sikorsky Support Center!
An exciting opportunity is available to join a team that has been formally certified as the first U.S.-based Sikorsky Authorized Customer Support Center, with full authority to refurbish and upgrade legacy Black Hawk platforms (UH/HH-60L and S-70A models) for international defense and commercial operators.
We are seeking UH-60 Electricians ⚡ to perform electrical modifications, troubleshooting, and system integration on UH-60 aircraft in support of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) government program. This role provides the chance to support a high-profile mission while contributing directly to the modernization of the Black Hawk fleet.
🔧 Responsibilities
- Integrate wire bundles and electrical harnesses into UH-60 systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues to meet mission requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and MWOs
- Terminate connectors (including coaxial), route, clamp, and secure harnesses
- Perform soldering, continuity checks, and power checks
- Conduct MOCs (Maintenance Operational Checks) and ATPs (Acceptance Test Procedures)
- Assist general aircraft mechanics with scheduled maintenance & repairs
- Operate Ground Support Equipment (tugs, power carts, forklifts)
- Complete logbook/workbook documentation accurately ✍️
- Follow all safety protocols, clean-as-you-go, and FOD prevention
✅ Skills & Qualifications
- 4 years UH-60 helicopter experience required
- Military 15F background or H-60 variant highly preferred
- Heavy/phase maintenance & aircraft MOD experience
- Strong blueprint reading & troubleshooting skills
- Must pass DOT drug test, background check, and physical
- U.S. citizenship required 🇺🇸
- Valid driver’s license reliable transportation 🚗
- Own tools/toolbox (shadowed/engraved) required after first few weeks
- Clean DD214 if prior military

- Monday – Thursday | 1st Shift
- Overtime as needed
