Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
- Perform precision drilling, reaming, and fastening of aircraft structures
- Install, assemble, and modify sheet metal components and subassemblies
- Perform riveting, sealing, and structural assembly tasks
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and compliance requirements
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
- Support structural modifications and production assembly lines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of recent and relevant aircraft sheet metal or structural assembly experience required.
- Strong background in drilling, riveting, and aircraft structures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Experience working on commercial or military aircraft platforms preferred
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced production or modification environment
- Must be open to shift work and overtime as required
- U.S. citizenship required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license required
