Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor business performance and KPIs
- Support data-driven decision making across marketing, operations, and business teams
- Work with messy, real-world datasets to clean, structure, and extract meaningful insights
- Assist in identifying performance drivers and areas for optimization
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into analytical solutions
- Contribute to building scalable reporting processes and improving data workflows
- 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or analytics-related roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
- Experience working with large or complex datasets
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- Basic experience with Python or similar tools is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically about data
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
