Skyborne Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled and talented Customer Support who is responsible for ensuring our customers have first-class experience during their time with Skyborne. This integral position is the primary contact point for all Skyborne customers on-site at our Vero Beach training facility.
The role includes managing cadet welfare issues effectively, gaining support from the wider team as needed, and maintaining high standards throughout the training facility. You'll also coordinate with third-party suppliers to ensure the smooth running of operations. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Offer first-line support to Cadets and customers in relation to accommodation, uniform, general welfare, and any concerns.
- Inventory Management: Responsible for stock control, including consumables like brochure materials and supplies. Manage vendor orders of uniforms and other necessary items.
- Student Leave of Absence (LOA) Management: Administer the process for student leave of absence requests, ensuring that all documentation and coordination with relevant departments are completed efficiently.
- Activity Planning and Participation: Plan, participate, and be flexible with after-hours involvement for activities.
- Front Office Management: Switchboard operation, greeting customers, and managing administrative duties.
- Driver Schedules: Oversee and manage the driver schedules to ensure transportation needs are met for students and staff.
- Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to ensure the highest quality service and timely deliveries.
- Facility Upkeep: Ensure the highest standard of maintenance and upkeep throughout the Vero Beach Training Centre facility, including support of the cleaning contract.
- Feedback and Surveys: Maintain the NPS feedback and customer surveys to monitor and improve customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to operational teams as required.
Qualifications

- Professional Requirements:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Significant experience in customer service/customer-facing role.
- Ability to concentrate and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Readily accepts changes and adjusts accordingly.
- Significant experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to interact with various levels of management.
- Education:
- High school degree/GED and/or some college degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferably in the hospitality or aviation industry
- Software/Skills Requirements:
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, etc.) and other software programs may be required.
- Typing speed of 40 wpm is preferred.
- Additional Requirements:
- You must pass a drug screening, background check, and TSA badging (if required for your role).
