The Position We are interviewing immediately for a Specialized Academic Instructor / Resource Specialist Teacher (RST) to support students with mild-to-moderate disabilities. This is an urgent need to support two distinct campuses with a manageable caseload.
- Role: Specialized Academic Instructor (Mild/Moderate).
- Settings: Split between two sites: (TK-1st) and (6-8th).
- Caseload: Highly manageable 12 and 20 students.
- Timeline: Start ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct educational assessments and implement instruction across both campuses.
- Lead IEP development and presentations, ensuring compliance and student progress.
- Perform consistent service tracking and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with the school team to provide high-quality teaching tailored to student needs.

Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $57.00 - $62.00/hr (Depending on Experience).
- Hours: Up to 35 hours per week.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours.
Requirements
- Valid CA Education Specialist Instruction Credential (Mild/Moderate).
- Clear Credential Preferred.
- Experience with SEIS is highly preferred.
