Position Highlights
- Hybrid Model: Work out of our Palatine, IL base site daily, with supported in-home visits across greater Chicagoland. Travel time is built into your workday — mileage is on the road, but not off the clock.
- Meaningful Purpose: Deliver supported home visits with the goal of transitioning students back to the school site.
- Part-Time Schedule: 2–3 days per week, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (roughly 16–24 hrs/week) — perfect for professionals seeking a manageable time commitment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct occupational therapy and expert consultation services through supported in-home visits.
- Collaborate with an aide/assistant to support students during home visits.
- Conduct student assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress.
- Work toward transitioning students back to the school site.
- Collaborate with educators and staff to integrate OT strategies into the learning environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Schedule: Part-time (2–3 days/week), 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with a highly flexible start date.

Requirements
- Active Illinois occupational therapy license (OTR/L).
- Current NBCOT Certification.
- Reliable transportation for in-home visits across the Chicagoland area.
