Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Travel Agent. The Agent will handle key tasks such as managing reservations, facilitating travel arrangements, recommending travel solutions, and assisting with car rentals. Providing exceptional customer service and driving sales are central to this role. Additionally, the candidate will support clients by ensuring all aspects of their travel needs are efficiently addressed and customized to their preferences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Reservations and Travel Arrangements processes
- Strong Customer Service skills, including problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Sales skills, including upselling and building rapport with clients
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and tools is preferred
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel markets is an advantage
- Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus but not required.
