What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Sky Zone?

Duties include:
- Assist with staff duty delegation- Assistant Manager's are responsible for opening, closing, and running the parks when managers are not present.
- Conduct sales and recommendation of products based on guest needs. Every team member is responsible to sell and cross-sell all our products.
- Complete incident reports. Any incident or injury that occurs at the park should have an incident report as a reference that is clear, detailed, and fact-based.
- Assistant managers must be able to handle large amounts of money and will be required to cash in tills, cash-out tills, create deposits, and be aware of basic cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain a friendly, outgoing personality with our guests and team members.
- Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Coordinate birthday parties and events.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks.
- Assist in managing inventory on a weekly basis.
- Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately.
- Help maintain a clean environment; some janitorial duties will apply.
- Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
