- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their experience

- Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Process payments efficiently through financial software systems and perform basic math calculations as needed
- Support guest inquiries related to Sky Zone activities, memberships, or products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail areas and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Contribute to a lively, positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and customer loyalty
Requirements
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Strong communication skills to engage with guests confidently and professionally
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around actively for extended periods during shifts
